It breaks my heart to have to part with this. This is a 1986 Epoch Sylvanian Families Unit House from Japan. I imported it last year and it quickly became a favorite of mine, but there’s not going to be room for it where I’m going. Please understand this is a very rare piece, and it has the roof, door, and four floors. Most individual floors go for ~100 so please be gentle with offers. Will be deconstructed for shipment. Please please give this vintage treasure a good home. Smear on roof. Some signs of age. Still in amazing condition. Comes with two hallway arch pieces which are for the flat lay version of the home. Please make offers, everything must go by Christmas since I’m moving :)
