Implementation Specialist (HubSpot)

HubSpot Implementation Specialist is a key delivery role.  You will find yourself spending your days in HubSpot, building out the deliverables that the strategy and creative team have put their heart and soul into, and now you are making it go live into the world.

In this role you will:

  • Implement lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns utilizing HubSpot’s automation software (includes building landing pages, thank you pages, emails, etc)
  • Build and test segmented lists and complex workflows based on audience behaviors like offers downloaded, site pages visited and emails opened
  • Understand the entire buyer’s journey from awareness, consideration and decision stages to implement lead nurturing campaigns that move leads down the sales funnel
  • Build monthly and quarterly HubSpot campaign reports for further strategic analysis
  • Support marketing efforts to drive traffic to website, converting that traffic into new leads, and nurturing those leads to close into customers
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, AdRoll
  • Schedule & monitor social media posts
  • Setup deal stages and pipelines
  • Implement chat bots
  • Support the web team in site and landing page build out
  • Setup A/B tests to effectively improve conversion rate optimization
  • Setup field mappings within HubSpot
  • Support Account Manager during client meetings through agenda preparation, take detailed meeting notes, and help implement outcomes from call
  • Support Account Manager in Jira project management including backlog grooming and sprint planning

A strong candidate will have:

  • 3+ years experience with digital marketing, content marketing and client services
  • Proficiency in coding in order to develop landing pages through HubSpot, email templates and other elements that would need front end code
  • B.A. or B.S. degree Inbound certification or HubSpot certification a plus
  • Have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a tenacious belief in hitting deadlines and meeting commitments
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and passionate attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively based on customer requirements
  • Passion for digital marketing with a strong understanding of inbound marketing
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and independent management skills
  • Understanding of major social media platforms
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization best practices
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Desire to learn on your own and keep up with inbound marketing and Internet marketing developments and best practices
  • Proficiency in blogging platforms and/or content management skills
